OUR WARRANTY   

For a period of 2 years from the date of the completion of the work, Home Professionals Inc. will warranty all defects that result from or are due to craftsmanship on any customers job. This includes all carpentry, installation and construction issues.

Home Professionals, Inc. will honor all manufactures warranties for the extent of the manufactures warranty.

This warranty extends to the owner at the time of construction and any new owners that may purchase the residence where the work was done as long as the sale is within the warranty period. This warranty does not go into effect until the client has signed and dated a copy of the ‘Home Professionals Inc. Job Completion Form’ and all final payments have been received by Home Professionals Inc. All warranty requests should be called into Amanda in the Operations Department or should be put into writing and mailed to: Home Professionals Inc., 1460 Ritchie Hwy. , Arnold , MD 21012

Upon submission Home Professionals, Inc. will send out a technician to evaluate the claim and will inform the owner if it is a warranty claim or a billed repair due to negligence, lack of maintenance, failure to upkeep, acts of god or any other circumstance.
